The two-member member bench of Supreme Court comprising Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain will hear the CNG prices case today.The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) will again present formula on new CNG prices during today’s hearing. Meanwhile, a three-member Supreme Court Bench, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will also hear today the case of Reko Diq and case of IB funds allegedly used to topple Punjab government.
