Director General ISI Zaheerul Islam has flown to US where his meeting is due with CIA chief. During his visit Pakistan and the United States will also sign a memorandum (MoU) regarding the restoration of Nato supplies through Pakistan.
Ties between both the countries were improving gradually. Pakistan and US are also improving their intelligence ties after Nato supply resumption. Besides CIA chief, Islam will also call on US officials.
It is expected that the tour will help improving intelligence cooperation between both the countries. The tour can also pave the way to reduce tension between Pakistan and the US.
